Our group operates through two specialised entities:

Manntech Integrated Construction Limited
Focused on end-to-end construction and redevelopment. We deliver modern, sustainable, and technology-driven building solutions for residential, commercial, and institutional clients. Our scope covers everything from new builds and structural upgrades to M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) system integration.

Manntech Building Maintenance Systems
Specialised in facility maintenance, asset preservation, and building performance optimisation. We provide routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance services, system upgrades, and lifecycle management for built assets across Nigeria.

Together, both entities form one powerful value proposition: buildings that are not only well-constructed, but intelligently maintained for long-term performance, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
